OBT1 series surge protector

◎Overview

OBT1 Voltage Switch type series 1 modular power surge protectors are designed according to IEC and GB standards.Applied to the first level protection of power supply system,the product is a standard 35mm guide rail installation method.

OBU-T1  voltage  switch  series   modular   power  surge   protector  has  a   high  lightning  current  discharge   capacity,the  single   module impulse  current  up  to   50KA(10/350US),can  prevent  all  kinds  of  surges   including  direct  lightning,applied  to  the   lightning  risk  of  high ground  pressure  equipment  system  power  surge  protection,can  be  combined  for  single-phase,three-phase  power  lines.PDU-T1  voltage switch type  no continuous current,to avoid the common gap SPD surge overvoltage quenching  instantaneous  power loss  problem,while  no leakage  electron  current  (or very  small).

◎Product structure and performance characteristics

This product is a one-port indoor fixed installation voltage switch SPD,the product according to GB50057-2010 and GB18802.1 and other  current  national  standards  designed;It  has  the  advantages  of  large  impulse  current  (imp:50KA),Iow  residual voltage  (up:2.5KV),etc. Its  core  device  is  composed  of  multiple  graphite  gaps,reasonable  design,accurate  processing  willcombine  thespark  gap  together  to  form a  sealed  structure to  ensure  the  safety  distance within  the  spark  gap,even when the  surge  current  passes  through.There  is  no  need  to reservespacefor  leaking  arc  during  installation.The  quality  is  stableand  reliable.

The  product  is  installed at the junction of LPZOA or  LPZOB and  LPZ1  area,or at the  main distribution  box(cabinet)where the  power supply  is  introduced,using  a  35mm  standard  guiderail.The  guiderails are  connected  using  6-35mm2  multi-strand  copper flexible wires.

The ground cable should be a two-color conductor of more than  16mm2 and no longer than 500mm.In order to prevent the failure of the surge protector from affecting the normal operation of thepower grid,the protector connected to the  Lline should be connected with a  fuse or circuit breaker (note:select according to the nominal current IN).
